We don't accept returns once you have made your purchase. The main reason is because we want to limit exposure of diseases from passing from one bird to the next.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these instances, no return will be done but partial or full refunds will be made. You must provide pictures of the condition of the item that you received.
